Vacation Church School

This unique program has b e e n held outdoors for a week in the summer for over 30 years. VCS is planned to provide our children with an awareness and appreciation of, and response to
the natural world with:

• opportunities for experiences in the Oklahoma countryside;
• Unitarian Universalist friends with whom to work and play and think;
• happy times that have no other purpose, so that they will know that these are valid in themselves;
• a sense of appreciation and responsibility for the interdependent web of existence, of which we are all a part.

Children four (4) years old by June 1st through 6th grade may participate. Older youth serve as Jr. Counselors, assisting adult Sr. Counselors.
Volunteers are invited to join us for a week of “day camp” at central Oklahoma Christian Camp & Conference Center, in the wooded hills just southeast of Guthrie.
