On Sunday morning, we have Religious Education classes for children and youth, as well as the Forum, Adult Education, and our Women's and Sustainable Living Groups. These all begin at 10 a.m. Our worship service begins at 11 a.m. Childcare is provided for infants and toddlers from 9:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
2. Why is it important to have an
Order of Service in the Worship Service? When you enter the sanctuary, an usher will hand you an Order of Service. The Order of Service provides the words to our affirmation, tells you what hymns will be sung, and identifies persons involved in leading worship. |
The Order of Service also provides words to many of our anthems as well as a list of activities in our community for the coming week. View a sample order of service.
3. What about children? Our Church School for preschool through high school begins at 10:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m., children through 5th grade alternate between attending chapel or a portion of church. Childcare continues from approximately 11:20 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
